Standard shipping is $9.95 AUD, or free on orders over $99 AUD. Delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days to anywhere in Australia. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Every order ships in plain outer packaging. Nothing on the outside says what's inside.

Returns

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Serene Heat is not for you, use our contact form within 30 days of receiving your order and we will guide you through the return.

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. The customer covers return shipping unless the item is faulty or not as described, in which case we cover return postage.

For hygiene and electrical safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used belts unless the item is faulty. Compression socks must be unworn and in their original packaging.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

These rights are in addition to our 30-day money-back guarantee and the 6-month manufacturer warranty on the HeatPulse Belt and FlowPulse Compression Socks.

If you believe a product you have purchased is faulty or not as described, please use our contact form with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within one business day.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please use our contact form with photos of the packaging and product within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, please contact us within 14 days so we can investigate with the carrier and resolve it.
